country cant move forward, if we dont address the elephant in the room.

credit to prof wong, malay have the so called 'malay anxiety' which they scare losing their livelihood or livelihood being dictated by non. Religion and culture is very important to them even if they understand umno is corrupt. so they are playing safe, endure insult from by their own elite. they still vote malay party in the end. until this anxiety being address, the elite will continue to exploit the fear of the population. Malay people rather to be killed by their own than say chinese or indian to kill them. Some chinese knows this, i personally could not accept such thinking. tyranny is tyranny no matter who does it.

tldr; malay scare to lose their representation/culture, solution is to change election system to have smaller area or to have smaller local election to have more representation across the country, this will eliminate the fear and umno will be forced to compete on the ground to produce result vs other party to win people votes.

Or sakau will continue, govt bleed money eventually economy koyak, life gets harder, ringgit plummet, people go street protest, protest goes riot.
