#1 I m just focusing on internet access part. We should NEVER EVER allow govt to get our ID or digital ID to access internet. If govt is compromised (I think already compromised), all your identify is released to 3rd party including foreign party.

Internet is now the most used communication to connect everyone in the world. It is important that we defend this line of communication free from party holding all your internet information. now they give excuse that they need this to avoid child predator etc. Why not just ban all kids below 14 from internet instead of putting digital identify on everyone.
