How to fix this white dot on LED monitor

Hi guys, i have this white tiny bright dot on my LED monitor and i'm not sure what is that and how to fix it.
Had tested with (Black, white, red, green, blue and yellow) background color test, it only show on Black Background white White dot.

I'm thinking to send it back to samsung warranty but only a tiny white dot, i wonder they will accept it or not. Any advice?
