(WTA) WHICH IS BETTER?

I'm still undecided on which GC to buy for my gaming experience. Would like to play games like COD, Crysis etc. Some ppl tell me that Ati does not support some games. What's your opinion in terms of performance? Hope you guys can share your input. Thanks!

Below is my humble rig...

Proc - DuoCore E5200
Mobo - Asus P5KPL-AM
HDD - 320GB
Pioneer DVDRW
PSU - Vantec Ion2 520W
Monitor - Samsung 2033
Casing - CM310 (Thinking of selling it...Who wants to buy?
[WTA] ELECTRIFYING PSU/CASING!

I'm not sure if any of you is experiencing this but my casing seems to be generating loads of static! I get a "mini shock" each time I touch the casing. Well, basically there's static everywhere! Just wondering if this is normal when the computer is operating (even on standby)? I tried interchanging with my old psu (cheap AVF) and noticed that there is less static throughout the casing.
So I'm just wondering if my new psu is too powerful?

Btw, I'm using a Vantec 520W (new) on a CM Elite310 casing.

Hope some of you guys out there has a solution/answer to this. Thanking in advance!

9600GT Silent Cell

Thinking seriously of getting the Gigabyte 9600GT Silent Cell but been getting some different feedbacks from various ppl.
It claims to have better colling system but some say it's hotter. Now I'm kinda confused since I'm a newbie in graphic cards.
Hope you experienced guys can give some sound advice. Thanks!!!

GRAPHIC CARD & PSU

I'm looking into getting a graphic card at the moment and I believe I need to upgrade my cheap PSU as well. The problem is I dunno what is good.

I'm thinking of getting a Nvidia 9600GT 512mb DDR3 256bit card. What is the minimum PSU should I buy? Is the CM Extreme Power 460W sufficient?
Btw, my comp is quite low-end. Below is the spec.

Pentium Duo Core E5200
Asus P5KPL-AM motherboard
2GB RAM
320GB hard disk
Pioneer optical drive

Thank you!
