WHAT IS VR?

Virtual Reality (VR) is the use of computer technology to create a simulated environment. Unlike traditional user interfaces, VR places the user inside an experience. Instead of viewing a screen in front of them, users are immersed and able to interact with 3D worlds. By simulating as many senses as possible, such as vision, hearing, touch, even smell, the computer is transformed into a gatekeeper to this artificial world. The only limits to near-real VR experiences are the availability of content and cheap computing power. Virtual Reality’s most immediately-recognizable component is the head-mounted display (HMD).

HOW TO USE?
1. Put your smartphone in.
2. Then open the 3D apps/games/movies.
3. Close the 3D glasses.
4. Put the 3D glasses on your head.
5. Adjust the lenses to suit your pupils, make sure the screen is clear and you feel comfortable.

Review: Zowie MiCO
Zowie MiCO, this is the first mouse that I’ve purchased from Zowie Gear. Its design looks simple and the size is small. So what is the first impression for me towards this mouse? Before I purchase this mouse from Zowie distributor from Malaysia, I’ve already seen it on their website and based on the design of the mouse I felt that the mouse is quite simple and I was thinking like for that price I can get a mouse that has a better design like Razer or Roccat. Few weeks later, one of my friends bought a Zowie MiCO and I tested it myself and I felt that it was quite good and by that time I decided to buy it and give it a try. And now, I would like to share my experience of using this mouse in different aspects:

Build Quality and Design
Let starts with the build quality and design, if you’re just looking at the picture of Zowie MiCO and judges that the mouse is sucks then you’re wrong! Although the mouse is quite light but once you hold the mouse you won’t feel cheap as the coating is made of high quality plastic with matte surface. It’s very good for people who have oily finger or palm as the matte surface would be gripper compare to the glossy one.

Sensor
The next thing I prefer the most is the sensor. It equips with 3 speeds which includes 400, 800, and 1600. And the thing I like the most is the way of changing the speed, it need not require us to change it using software like what we did in the conventional method. For Zowie MiCO, we just need to press the left and right button at the same time and scroll the scroll wheel up for increase the speed and down for decrease the speed. The speed that suits me the most would be the normal one which is purple in colour. Red colour represents 400dpi, 800dpi and 1600dpi for purple and blue respectively.

Shape
Now I would like to talk about the shape, the shape of Zowie MiCO considered quite ergonomics as I prefer mouse with better comfortability level when I holding it. Compare to the other mice that I bought before such as Razer Krait I feel like the mouse is very hard for me to hold it nicely. Besides that, Zowie MiCO is designed for both left hander and right hander users as the shape is same from in terms of left and right side.

Buttons and Scroll Wheel
In terms on buttons and scroll wheel, I feel that it’s very good since I’ve been using this mouse for almost 4 months. The buttons and the scroll wheel is still works flawlessly like a new one. The feedback and the sound of the clicking is awesome like I never experience mouse like this before.

Conclusion
What I wanted to say about the mouse I’ve already stated it above. Now I would like to say, don’t just look on the design of the mouse. A mouse with freaking lots of LED doesn’t means that it must be a good mouse. Sometimes, we do not try we do not know. So at here I would like to tell everyone that Zowie’s products are good in terms of usability, ergonomics and quality. Although their design loses to the others but in terms of usability it won for sure.
