Job Descriptions:

To attend to all general repairs and restoration works as assigned by Operations Executive or Chargeman.
To carry our repair works such as making good of cracks, leaks and broken structures doors and frames.
To replace and change ceiling boards, tiles, locksets, pipeworks, etc that are faulty due to wear and tear.
To assist in the following skilled works such as :a) Painting works, Welding works, Air conditioning & mechanical ventilation checking, Plumbing works, Electrical works, LPG works, Building Management System works and etc..
To assist in inhouse maintenance servicing.
To attend and assist wireman to carry out weekly generator and fire pump testing.
To deliver items and materials as assigned.
To assist in daily building inspection as assigned.
To carry out/witness/attend to testing, commissioning & takeover of building works from contractors.
To attend training on M&E and building systems by contractors.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM)
- 2 years of related experience in building maintenance

Wireman:
Job Responsibilities:

Perform electrical installation & wiring, electrical maintenance & repair and operations-related tasks.
Troubleshoot HVAC, escalators, lifts, CCTV systems, and fire alarms as needed.
Carry out preventive maintenance following SOPs.
Check and supervise renovation works and verify contractor’s service.
Perform general maintenance tasks on ad hoc basis.
Job Requirements:

Must be a Registered Competent Electrical Wireman (PW2 or higher) under Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) Malaysia.
Minimum two (2) years of relevant working experience in electrical maintenance.
Preferably experienced in general maintenance and repair (Facilities Management) or a related field.
Work on a rotating 24-hour shift, including weekends and public holidays, at The Starling Mall and other assigned buildings.

Hi people.

I searched the forums but can't find anything related to what I'm about to ask here. If there are such topic that exists, I do apologize.

I've been looking for some course related to counseling or psychology. Originally, I was looking for a Masters program. But, while searching on the net, I found out about IPD-OUM.

I'm currently in the HR line now, handling recruitment and also employee relations. So, I thought that could actually assist me in my current job and even in my future job. I do have an interest in becoming a counselor in the future. But, I read that you need some qualifications before I can do that.

So, I would like to ask, does anyone here have any experience about IPD-OUM or heard anything about them? The course that I'm interested over there is Professional Diploma in Counselling Psychology [ PDCP ], which is a 1 year course.
