Any Concerto residents here? I would like to know how bad is the traffic noise from NKVE? Especially at night. Which floor would be best for less noise?

Also, are there any mosquitoes from the next door project?

How is the traffic jam during peak hours?

Bad Encounter with Branded Appliance

Dear All, I'm currently renovating my condo. So, only workers will be in my house. I arranged for delivery for my hob and hood.

On the delivery day, I got a sudden call from the delivery man that he has arrived and someone needs to pick up the items from him. It is NOT HIS JOB SCOPE to send the items to my unit!!!! WHAT???? So if I buy oven also I have to carry myself???? So I tell him I ask workers to go collect. I then had to call the contractor to get his workers down to collect.

The driver doesnt speak fluent BM. So, one minute he's at the guardhouse, next call he's at the back door (wherever that is), next call he is at the service lift, next call he is at the basement. Finally, after my repeated scolding and shouting, he is back at the guardhouse.Just imagine how many times I called my contractor and he called his workers to change venue!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Dont know what happened in between, shop called I told them to send it to my unit and settle between themelves and just make sure my things are delivered. Shop only called 1 hr after the driver was ding-dong-ing outside. Stupid driver rather wait outside for 1hour than bring up for me!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Finally, my contractor called. Tell me the driver did not allow the workers to collect cause no IC. So dont trust them. Not even with passport no. Why lah poslaju allow maids to collect but this driver doesnt????? If must Need IC then tell me earlier lah!!!!! Then i can take leave off work and waste my whole day waiting for u to come!!!!! Idiot driver!!! So pissed!!!!

Finally shop helped me settle. TQVM!

Forumers, please check if the drivers will deliver to your unit and also if someone with IC has to be there.
When do I pay MRTA

My home loan was just approved and my banker has already requested for me to pay my MRTA, which i chose to pay upfront. I know that i can only get my loan drawdown within he next month or two. My question is, do I not pay for my MRTA when i get my drawdown? Isnt the whole point of me getting MRTA is to cover my loan? I find it unreasonable to pay insurance for A loan that i do nott have yet.

Let mer know if it's the same for other banks.

Where to buy poo bag refills?

Help Pls. My dog's poo bag is running low and I don't know where to buy one. Where do you buy your poo bag refills? How much are they?
The refill I'm looking for looks something like the picture attached.

Previously, I bought from New Zealand at the price of $3.00 for 3 refills, which is about RM8 for 3. I don't need a good quality bag. Just a cheap one will do.

Where to buy .....

My dog likes to eat plants around my house. I think she's allergic to some, causing her eyelids and mouth to swell. The vet doesn't know what's causing it, just gave me antibiotic. I'm looking for a training collar that has a spray attached. So when she starts mouthing the plants, I can use the remote of inject the spray so she'll stop it. Where can I get one of this in Malaysia?

Help! Pet Transport from overseas!

Hi, I have a corgi that I would like to bring back to Kuching. We are currently in New Zealand. I've check with pet transporters and it will cost me about NZD3000!!!!! This is more than I can afford. So I'm thinking that maybe I can arrange for her flights and permits and everything else myself...but I don't want to miss out on any important procedure or details, so that our flights wont get delayed or canceled and costing me more money!!!

Has anyone exported their pets back home? Especially those from NZ to Sarawak would be most helpful, as I am aware that there are different regulations for different countries of departure/arrival.

Please help!!!
