lawyer fees, legal fess and what fees somemore??
if want to buy a house about 200-300k need around how much for those fees?

I would like to ask about which area in seri kembangan is better ?

As from my research,
there are few areas such as taman suria tropika, prima tropika, lestari putra, taman putra permai, kota perdana, equine and etc..

Which area is better as im finding landed property over that area.Is there any new property over thr?

however i found this Qba in westin KL..
looks not bad..
i called and ask..
there have a small private room..
