Private Number Calls, WTKnow

Greeting guys.

I have got a quick question. I have been receiving calls from private number for the past 10 months plus, The catch is the caller does say a word, Sometimes I can hear background songs, sometimes I can hear the caller breathing, and sometimes sound like fan is running in the background. In one day I will receive about 20 plus calls and also these calls last about 10sec each.
I also receive this calls at midnight sometimes at around 3 or 4 in the morning.
I approached my cousin brother who is an inspector, Regarding this issue, according to him if there is no verbal threat from that call I cant make any type of report, and even if I make a report only the officers will find out the number and deal with the person.

I even tried scolding, shouting even cursed at the caller but still receiving the call. If I choose not to answer the call frequency is higher.
Im using maxis by the way and im using this number since 1998.
So here I am hoping someone will shed some light on this issue. Is there any chances that I can find out the number or identify the caller, is there any chances I can trace this number. Please advice.

KUALA LUMPUR - Barisan Nasional (BN) akan mengadakan 66,600 ceramah sepanjang 15 hari berkempen Pilihan Raya Umum ke-13 (PRU13), kata Pengerusi Biro Publisiti dan Penerangannya, Datuk Ahmad Maslan hari ini.

Beliau berkata, ceramah tersebut akan menerangkan manifesto dibawa perikatan itu, yang akan dijadikan sebagai senjata utama menghadapi PRU13.

Menurutnya, di setiap kawasan Parlimen akan dihantar seramai 20 penceramah untuk mengadakan ceramah petang (CP) dan ceramah malam (CM).

Ketua Penerangan Umno ini berkata, BN telah melatih penceramah amatur untuk memberi penerangan kepada rakyat dan menerangkan etika peraturan ketika sesi tersebut.

"Kalau kawasan 'putih' seperti Pontian, mungkin tak sampai 20 penceramah yang kita hantar, ia terpulang kepada sesuatu kawasan yang menjadi tumpuan.

"Itu syor kami di peringkat pusat... kita yakin dengan penceramah amatur ini kerana semua parti menggunakan ceramah amatur ini, dan tiada masalah," katanya pada sidang media di PWTC di sini hari ini.

Pada Rabu lalu, SPR telah mengumumkan tarikh untuk penamaan calon, tarikh PRU13 dan tempoh berkempen yang memakan masa 15 hari.

Ahmad juga berkata, BN akan memperkasakan penggunaan media elektronik dan cetak untuk menyampaikan 'Aku Janji' kepada rakyat.

Beliau turut menegaskan BN tidak meniru manifesto PR apabila terdapat beberapa perkara yang disenaraikan telah dilakukan oleh kerajaan.

I received a call from this number 03-55204222 saying that they from Jentere pilihan raya and the caller started saying please try to give BN a chance again to rule in selangor.

My family (my in laws actually) have planned to visit Sunway lagoon tomorrow.
They have planned to only visit the 3 Parks which is Water Park, Amusement Park & Wildlife Park.

My Question do i need to prepare anything such as cloths beforehand cause when i checked lagoon's websites regarding this parks
i only managed to see the pictures no description or anything.

The last time i visited lagoon was in 1997.
