Hi everyone, firstly I'm new to properly that's why you may find my question boring. Recently I bought a subsale flat in Selangor. The lawyer helped changed the ownership of indah water already. Yesterday I just went to MPSJ to change the ownership of cukai pintu. Now I left only change ownership of electric.

Question : May I know how to change the ownership of TNB? What is the procedure and any documents to bring? Can apply via any TNB office?

Hi Everyone,

As per title, I have a little regret after purchasing a subsale unit of RM350k , 988sqft, 3R2B low dense condo/flat.

Initially was planned for own stay and low monthly commitments, but now I found out it's a bit far from the city, 15km+/- to klcc

More infos on my purchase :

-Signed SPA on August 2021
-Loan 35 years
-allocated 60k budget to renovate whole unit ( havent done )

highly appreciate if I could hear your opinion/advice on how I should handling the situation. Should I keep or let go at some loss?

This is my first custom sneaker anyway, after seeing some famous artists like SBTG, Sekure D, Revive, ... I decided to custom a pair of sneaker. Inspired by the 3 fearsome carnivore animals on the land. Which is the Tiger, Leopard and Spotted Hyena. Since 2010 is the year of tiger for Chinese, i manage to create a pair of custom adidas for myself although Chinese New Year has over, but the spirit still not yet fade. I used the 3 stripe to highlight the tiger camouflage as it is the main animal in this year. The stitching on the sidewall I painted with silver to indicate the steel gate in the zoo which also tell people that those are dangerous animals. The adidas Originals logo looked like a lotus for me, so i paint it to strengthen the harmony of Chinese New Year 2010. When I do some research on the web, I found out that there is less people doing custom on adidas shoe, that's another reason I choose adidas. Adidas superstar II also not bad, it has a lot of spaces to let artist fill in with their own creativity as well.

PS : Since this is my first custom sneaker and I don't know much of photography yet. So some pictures may be too dark or too weird.
