Problem occur when Format

Yesterday I format my laptop. I boot the disc in normal way. At the end I find out that everytime I start my laptop. I have to choose which OS to operate.
It shows 2 Win7.. What can I do in order to solve this problem.
If I did repeat the topic , Forgive me. Cause I just weak in using search engine.

I am planning to buy components of CPU and combine them by my own self...
My budget is about 1.5k not including monitor...
Any suggestion about the spec?
Graphic card take the back seat of my cpu...
I wan faster speed only.. Dont wan lag ~ and Delay ~ cuz i am nt playing any games.. For normal use and mini game only..

I just wan to ask tat my desktop hdd 160GB only.. Den I would like to replace it with the 320GB hdd..
So can I use the removed 160 hdd as a extrenal hdd ? Have to buy a hard cover rite?

I wanna change my laptop Os from the original Win vista to Win 7.. Is it ok or might come out with problem?
Somemore My laptop Screen gt problem.. have to send back to factory.. Will they erase my things? Do I nid to backup my personal items?

I have download the file from Fedora Main wedsite.
Now i got 3 folders and One GPL
1)LiveOS
2)isolinux
3)EFI

What Should I do in order to install fedora? I read the installation guide at the main site but still i cant understand. At least hw much space do I nid to cleanup as to be parition for it?

Erm... I am newbie about computer those things... So I wan to ask is there any recommmand for laptop? Cause my one spoil adi... I am quite urgent having new one...

Here is the requirement: 1) below 2.5k
2) 14 inch or above
3) for paperwork or sometimes mini game only
4) mobillity and appearance take 1st seat

Hopefully I can get some comment from the Pros.
