When I search internet, all stated made in china la, china phone la, etc...
Malaysia market got this phone??
Who got selling this phone??

1st time i called to DIGI:

1st Operator (Women): welcome calling to DIGI , what can i help u, sir?

Me: I want to terminate my postpaid num?

1st Operator (Women): May i know what is you num?

Me: my num is 016-221xxxx

1st Operator (Women): Please hold on sir............sir, this num is a postpaid num ?

Me: yes, it a postpaid num.

1st Operator (Women): and dis num is register under your name or..?

Me: yes, it is register under my name, Chua Sxxx Yxx?

1st Operator (Women): ..........well, sir the num is terminated ad and you need to make the payment in our DiGI center?
(because i didnt pay it for 4 months ad, currently not me using dis num la, is my family register it using my name..).

Me: Well, ok. I will make it as soon as possible.

1st Operator (Women): Ok sir. is that anything i can help you?

Me: I think no, thank you.

1st Operator (Women): Thanks you for choosing Digi.

(Finished in 1st call to DIGI customer service. Suddenly i 4get to ask where got digi center. So i decided to call again.)

2nd time i called to DIGI:

2nd Operator (another women operator): welcome calling to DIGI , what can i help u, sir?

Me: I wanted to check whether this num is ad terminated ad or not?(coz i want to make sure it again)

2nd Operator : Ok, sir, may i know the num?

Me: The num is 016-221xxxx ,is a postpaid num.

2nd Operator : It dat the num is registered under your name?

Me: yes, Chua Sxxx Yxx.

2nd Operator : ...........well, sir i checked ad the num is still active. And it is not register under the name given by you.

Me: (wtf!!) Really, ok i repeated again the num is 016-221xxxx. and it is register under Chua Sxxx Yxx.

2nd Operator : Sorry sir, i checked ad the num is still still active. Or dis num is register under other ppl name or?

Me: (zzzz...) Ok, i called to digi center bfore, and they told me dat dis num is ad terminated ad.

2nd Operator : .....Ok sir, de num you gv is o16-211xxxx izit?

Me: ya.

2nd Operator: ...........well, i checked ad, the num is still active.

Me: (no mood ad) hm..like dat ar, thn nvm i checked again..

2nd Operator: Ok sir, is that anything i can help u again?

Me: (Plss..ur help??) That is ok. I think no.

2nd Operator: Thank you sir and you for choosing DIGI.

Me: (Thanks god for choosing you to serve!!!!!)

(Finished for 2nd called to DIGI customer service. I decied to call 3rd time again.)

3rd time called to DIGI:

3rd Operator (a man dis time): Good Afternoon, welcome to digi, what can i do for you?

Me: (no mood ad) ok, i wanted to check dis num is still active or terminated ad?

Me: (without waiting him to ask me.) The num is 016-221xxxx.

Me: (after finished telling him de num, no wait him to ask me coz i ad now wat he will ask me ad) It is register my
name, Chua Sxxx Yxx.

3rd Operator: Well, sir, the num is still no terminated but it is under suspended..

Me: is dat dis num is register under Chua Sxxx Yxx?

3rd Operator: yes.

Me: Thn i called to Digi twice bfore, thn the 1st operator told me it has been terminated, 2nd told me it is still active and not under my name, and nw you told me it is under suspended? which one i want to believe?

3rd Operator:.............ok sir, can you gv me you ic num..?

Me: 8xxxxx-xx-xxx7

3rd Operator: I checked ad and it is register under the name Chua Sxxx Yxx.

Me: (.........)so are you sure dat it is register under Chua Sxxx Yxx.

3rd Operator: yes.

thn below is my other questions wanted to ask with Digi custer service

Well, guy you can see hw the DIGI service. This is the 1st time i called to DiGI and they gv me such a impression. only i can say just cloud8318 mention that the digi computer system is suck

Hi thx for you all for viewing my topic and hope you all can solve my pblm here..

Well, I having a pblm in booting up my pc. The pblm i faced is like that. When I start my pc, all going fine. But when the pc is in loading page (like the pic below), my pc will restart automaticaly.

Everytime when my pc come to this window loading page, my pc will restarted automatic. Before it restart it got appear a blue screen just in 1/2 second onli. It just flash a blue screen then restart. So I cant saw what actually the blue screen write thr. So actually wat cause dis pblm and how i cant fixed it..pls help me...
