Need some recommendations on desktop pc

Hello. Its me again. This is my second time asking for help here. I need some recommendations or suggestions here on building a pc for my wife. I am going to lowyat tomorrow, so I need some suggestions or recommendations on a FULL SET of PC and my budget is around RM4000~RM4500.

The purpose of this pc are:

1) Gaming - Dragon Age Origins, Batman, Modern Warfare, the sims.
2) Work/Study - microsoft office ( this i have it already so don include in it)
3) Movies - HD movie is her priority so this pc need a blue-ray reader.

I need a pc, monitor ( 23"~24" ), original windows 7 ultimate, keyboard ( standard will do ), mouse ( standard too ), speaker ( 5.1 channel ), anything else that I missed out ?

I am willingly to increase my budget to RM5000 if the build of RM5000 is necessary, I mean when I can get a pc at RM4500 that can satisfy my basic needs, why should I go for RM5000 when I don't even know how to fully utilize it.

i need a desktop by this week. my budget not more than RM4000. i'm using it as my work pc, which my job as a high profile game designer, which means i need a pc which can do the job in fast 3D rendering, and animation. just the cpu only. i dont need keyboard, mouse, and monitor. thank you.

Ram:Recommend me
Graphic Card:Recommend me
Power Supply:Recommend me
Casing:Zalman GS1000 - its a must !
Hdd:1TB would do
ROM:Any DVD-RW

I have few choices here, dont know which 1 i should pick. i need every sifu here to help me to give me some comments and suggestions and recommendation. thank you. my budget is RM4000 and below.

1st choice,
AMD PhenomII x4 955 Black Edition
Asus M4A78 T-E AM3, Crossfire support
Corsair 4GB DDR3 Dominator 1600MHZ
XFX GTX285 1GB DDR3
Silverstone Element 750W
Zalman GS1000

Total = RM3800

2nd choice,
Intel Core i5 750
Asus Maximus III Formula
Corsair 4GB DDR3 Dominator 1600MHZ
XFX GTX285 1GB DDR3
Silverstone Element 750W
Zalman GS1000

Total = RM4000

both also quoted by a lowyat.net member and i prefer nvidia graphic card because this unit i use to do a lot of renderings and animations.
