What should I do?

Solicitor Fee for Title Discharge From Bank

Dear Forumers,

Normally people ask about solicitor fee for S&P and loan agreement, but what about for title discharge from bank upon loan payoff? Does anyone know how much is the fee?

I am in the midst of paying off my housing loan, hence I would like to know the market rate before proceed to appoint a solicitor to handle the title discharge.
