Dear expertise, I need get some advise and information. Currently I working indonesia. Planning purchase a property with a friend at malaysia.

1 If i purchase, is that affected own property tax at malaysia?Every purchaser have to pay or just the total Amout of the unit?

2)What about legal fee when we sell?whats the cost different between put 1 name & 2 name? will it be more expensive?

3)I need to report income tax?if I'm one of the purchaser.

4) Rent out for the property. I need report to income tax? How to declare on the rental? Could I deduct all the personnel expenses, books, sports and etc?
