I like Bandar Puteri, Puchong area very much. I am looking to buy a landed property. And, I choose Bandar Puteri because of its location near to shopping mall, wet market, my working place, etc.
But, after I google around, I find the price is insane nowadays.

In year 2009 September, launch price: RM600k++? Cannot 100% trust forum, who can help to clarify the exact launch price 2 years ago?

Anyone who experience in Spring framework and Hibernate for .net or java have ever seen such error message "Unable to enlist in a distributed transaction." while trying to get connection from DB?

My database is Oracle 11g, data provider is latest version of ODP.net, extract data with nHibernate.
My nHibernate configuration is as below:

The error occur under such condition:

My own finding is, whenever nHibernate is trying to pull the data from DB, it will create new session then create a transaction, then Oracle will enlist the transaction into MSDTC. Problem now is Oracle cannot enlist the transaction into MSDTC. Why?

Another finding is, if I remove the TransactionScope block, there will be no error and work fine. However, I cannot remove the TransactionScope block because I need my data to be auto rollback if either one is broken from these 3 process.

I check with the Spring source code, internally nHibernate will create its own TransactionScope block. Hence, it become nested transaction, but I have configure to allow nested transaction in my transaction manager, but no help.

I wonder C# TransactionScope block will clash with Spring OracleTransaction or not? Both combine and become like

Hi,

Anyone who had experience in buying land? Mind to share how?

I have a lot of questions about buying a land:
1. What is the minimum down payment?
2. I assume loan interest rate is still base on BLR, right?
3. I see there are several type of lands for sale: Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Agricultral. Can I make use of the Residential Land to build car park?
4. I see some advertisement stating about "Bungalow Land", does that mean only Bungalow can be built on that piece of land? How bout building terrace house there?

I got a copy of S&P only, the original is kept by the bank.

1. May I know how to obtain a strata title?
2. Normally, after you purchased your house, do you get a title?
3. Is the title a piece of paper? A proof of the property ownership?
4. What is the use of the title?

nHibernate Memory Leak

Anyone here experience in nHibernate from Spring framework?

I have a web application that query data from Oracle DB by using nHibernate.
I encounter IIS crash problem recently. Base on the dump file, the crash is caused by "out of memory".
Then base on the report from memory profiler, the out of memory may be caused by too many instances of System.String and System.Hashtable+bucket[] object.
Further dig into for both object, 90% they are being used by nHibernate.
System.String object are used to store SQL command statement which are generated by nHibernate.
System.Hashtable+bucket[] are used to keep the data while loading the entities from the DB by nHibernate.

The number of object intances are not getting reduced after sometime. I suppose the nHibernate will kill the inactive session after sometime. But, it does not seem like that way. I doubt may be some configuration problem, but where to check and confirm? I do not see anything suspicious in web.config. Any other config file that I miss beside web.config?

I find that it is very slow when come to millions of records return from stored procedure.
Any other way is provided by Spring framework can fastern the process?
Or, anyone know how to multithread the IRowMapper or the mapping process?

Sort array, but array item is also array

I am trying to implement sorting function for my grid view.
I am having difficulty in sorting an array which its data item is also an array.

Note: I am doing this in JQuery + Javascript

HELP: Business Penalty

Hi all,

I opened a cafe shop under a sdn bhd company last 2 years ago. The business was shutdown after 9 months operation due to no earning / business bad.
Sdn Bhd company suppose to submit AGM minutes, Account, Audit, Tax to SSM every year. But, my company was run less than 1 year, so I just ignore it since I already stopped operating it.

Today, I receive a letter from SSM saying that I never submit those documents (AGM minutes, finance report, tax) to SSM for 2 years, so I was fined total of RM8800 due to the mentioned mistake.

May I know can I can appeal for this penalty? How?
In this case, I need to formally close down my company or strike off my company name from SSM, what should I do? Engage the secretary firm to do it for me after paying the penalty?

Dell Precision 490

I have a Dell Precision 490 running Intel Xeon Dual processors.
The problem is the machine can power up only once a day.

Meaning,
1. Now my machine is running.
2. I shutdown my machine.
3. My machine is fully turned off.
4. I press the power button to power it up. Failed. No response, the machine LED indicator 1 and 3 is blinking. (From the user manual, 1 and 3 LED blinking mean power related issue)
5. I press the power button on the next day. It is ok.

My own finding:
The stock power supply can produce 750 watt.
When the machine is not able to power up, I tried to remove the power plug for each of my hardwares:
1. Remove DVD ROM - fail
2. Remove Hard Disk - fail
3. Remove RAM - fail
4. Remove Graphic Card - fail
5. Remove everything except the power cable on motherboard - still fail!
6. Install latest BIOS patch and hardware driver from Dell website - ALSO FAIL!

What do you think may be the problem?
Power supply? Last thing I haven't try is to replace a more powerful power supply.

How to Reduce Exaust Sound? I Mean Noise.

I am driving a Gen-2.
2 years ago, I removed my car catalytic converter, then replace it with an extractor.
Then, at the middle section, I installed a bullet.
Then, at the end section, I change my original muffler to a S-Flow muffler.
The sound was loud, but not so loud compare to those turbo car.

After 2 years, now, I feel very noisy, feel bore with the exhaust loud noise.

May I know how to reduce its noise?
1. Install silencer? Average cost how much?
2. Throw away the muffler, install original Gen-2 muffler?
3. Exhaust sound come from the muffler when the air hitting it, but how it sound or the volume is because of bullet or muffler? Since bullet can change the air flow pattern...

Any expert can enlighten me?
