need to push power button twice when cold boot

I'm having a minor problem with my new assembled rig.
When I'm cold booting the computer I need to push the power button twice to fire it up. Anybody have any idea to fix this?
I'm pretty sure it's not the power button problem cause once the computer is on I can shutdown and turn it on back again with just a single push of the power button.
As for the PSU, it is tested with another rig and there is no problem at all.
I've cleared cmos, updated the bios to the newest version, reattach the hardwares and the problem is still there.

AMD X4 630
ASUS mobo M4A785TD-M EVO
2Gb A-Data 1333MHz ram x 2 sticks
4 hdd
1 DVD-RW
Cooler Master Gladiator 600 casing

firefox address bar always redirect to yahoo

Hi guys, need help here. My firefox address bar always redirect to yahoo search result when I type unfinished url
for example: if i type "isohunt" instead of isohunt.com, it will redirect to yahoo search result for "isohunt"

Before this even if i type "isohunt" only it will go directly go to the isohunt.com page

all this started after my sister install the yahoo toolbar on my firefox but even after I uninstall it much to my dismay nothing changed

Anyone know how can i revert back to default?

I'm at the end of my wits and googling is not helping.

Okay, I'm at the end of my wits.

I need to type arabic with my keyboard. But I've lost the DELL Windows XP setup CDs.
So I couldn't install the "complex scripts and right-to-left laguages support".
Is there anywhere I could get the files needed online? Searching microsoft KB articles and asking uncle Google didn't help at all.
