Hi.

As per topic, anyone can share pros and cons of it?
My sub sale house, bought 500k+ 4 years ago using normal bank loan at 4.42% interest. Monthly RM25++.
Now I am eligible to apply for govt housing loan.
Worth it to go for the fixed 4% interest?
I have to bear the legal fees etc too for changing the loan.

Please advice.

when i use vga to dvi converter and connect my xbox to the monitor, no display..
my xbox 360 is old 1 without hdmi port..
so i currently using av cable..
im not using vga straight away coz vga port on the monitor connected to my pc..
can any1 give me idea?plz..thx
