Can't detect local profile (win XP)

I need help !!!!!

my lappy can't detect my local profile and currently i'm using temporarily profile to operate. all this while, my laptop is doing fine until yesterday.
i have try to use system restore to restore to previous condition bt it didn't work.

can any1 help me on this?? and does this mean that my lappy is dying??

currently i conducting a research on the above title

i nd some help in identifying on what are the effects if a foreign investor com n invest in the property market

e.g. increase in the value of property, new technology and culture been brought in

i did some research as well by using the google bt it came out fruitless

really need som help plz......
