Is it a good counter for long term investment? This company produce our daily needs ---> Flour. in terms of P/E and dividend, it's a quite good counter,isn't it?

I have some lots of Keladi Maju BHD (6769). Recently they posted a news about the dividend. I'm not quite clear about it. Can someone explain to me about the news? I'm new to share market.
