How to let earring to pierce out from earhole?

Hello there , i recently just pierced my ear holes about 2 month ago . I did not wear my earring for about 1 and a half week and i just start to put my earrings back to my earhole just now . The problem is that i can pierce the earrings into the hole but i cannot seem to get it out from the earhole . Should i take another piercing or anyone have any suggestion for me ?

How long it takes for the earholes to close up?

I'm currently in a relationship that had last for 2 years . But starting from this year , i starting to have a feel with one girl that i have been talking to everyday in my college .
