[WTA]Guidance on Selecting Shoplot

I need some guidance on selection of shoplot for investment.
I worry that I might make a wrong decision in selection like location, type or wrong developer.

Please help, thanks

My concerns are
1) Location , which part in Klang valley
2) Type eg 2 storey or 3 storey, corner ?
3) Developer units and reliability or Sub sale units

7.9G file transfer Problem

I got a 1.5TB FAT32 external HDD, but when I transfer a single 7.9G file from my computer, it prompt error, not enought space pls delete files or clean space.

But my 1.5TB external HDD still got 1.3TB available space.

I tried smaller files, namely one 700MB and one 4.2G..it stored.

Please help..thanks
