Sublet Renting

Hi, there is an agent approach me, she is doing sublet renting. So after discussed everything and monthly rental, 4years contract, i am quite ok with it. But she is asking for 1 month for renovation period, and 1 month rental commission.

So my question is, she is renting my unit, do i still have to pay commission? Do i have to give 1month period for her renovation? Is this a standard practice for those agent who want to do sublet renting?

Hi everyone, recently there was someone broke my shoe cabinet, and stole all my valuable stuff, this is already second time.

So my house is townhouse, guarded but not gated, so people can actually walk until my car porch *whereby my shoe cabinet is at my car porch area*

Now im so frustrated and i want to catch the thieve, its a planned dirty job, suspect its some one from outside, or security guard (we all know these people basically under gangster). CCTV able to capture the entrance of my car porch

Question 1: what should i do and what is management responsible if i want to identify the thieve? forget about my stuff, i just want to catch that fella, idk when next he might broke into my house

Question 2: security guards are staying in the same taman, are they allowed to? you know, if stay in the same taman, its very easy to plan a crime.

hello everyone. i got my ielts result last week. i need individual band 6.0, overall 6.5 min requirement to enter degree. i got listening 7.5, reading 7.0 writting 5.5, speaking 6.0, overall 6.5. should i remark my paper? about the remark, can choose each section to mark or examinar will mark every section? i have confident that i write quite well in task 2, task 1 not really.

pls, i really need you guys advice, no matter u all experience this before or not, just give some opinion

about after circumcision

hello. yesterday i did circumcision. throughout the process quite ok, not really pain. only during injection on my penis feel abit pain and the forehead become very sensitive. today morning, i saw my penis (where the stitched part) swallow and dark purple color! . Is it normal? is it because bandage cause the blood cant go through? . i d@mn worry now... i read tat alot ppl will bleed next day, but i dun bleed at all, maybe inside the bandage. and... when pee head there abit pain, just the 'hole' there, not the urinary tract. how long it will take to heal? doc said my foreskin gt more blood vessel than normal ppl, so he took sometime to laser to stop the bleeding. now im 19yrs old.

i tried to format, but failed because the mmc is write protected. how?

btw i tried to use another mmc, it's also write protected, is it i need to do someting on my lappy?. =(

hello. currently im studying foundation, now doing 3rd sem, almost finish the course. so far my cgpa for 1st and 2nd sem is 3.39.

at 1st i planning to take pharmacy, but i found that i dont like chemistry, not i dont like, i dont understand chemistry, i know chemistry will be very fun IF you understand.

i found i quite interested doing dental course, before i start my foundation, i planned and discussed with my family members before about dentistry, end up i make my mind to do pharmacy. after i did my foundation almost 1 yr, i found that ALOT people taking pharmacy. so now i thinking to change course.

and for sure dentistry is tougher than pharmacy, even tougher than mbbs? dentistry more to biology right? i used to hate bio, spm gt C! becuase of my lecturer, i begin to interest in bio. while my cgpa only around 3.20-3.40, i dont know whether im good enough to study dentistry or not. i scare that i cannot do dentistry well. i knew im not that kind of study type.

should i do pharmacy or change course to dentistry? im lost

btw i planning to do in mahsa, mahsa is 5yrs local? how is their college? anyone know about the fees? what is the difference between Doctor in Dental Surgery Degree and BACHELOR OF DENTAL SURGERY?

i knew there are only few private college offer dentistry course in malaysia

pidc, aimst, mahsa, manipal. while pidc and manipal is twinnnig program, to india, i dont want to go india... while aimst at kedah, i dont like far from kl, and their living cost very expensive.

hello. I would like to know more info about Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences (CUCMS) from all LYF-er.

im planning to take Bpharmacy course in cybermed.

their pharmacy course is fully accredited by mqa?
1) how is their facilities?
2) their college have standard?
3) how is their students(most of them educated and can speak good eng)?
4) between cucms, ucsi, aimst, masterskill, msu, which 1 is better? feel free to gv ranking

im currently studying foundation in other college, going to graduate this august, are they accept other colleges' foundation?.

pls comment anything regarding all the colleges, and their pharmacy course. TQ!!!
