apple id disable

when i try to purchase apps from apps store with iphone, its prompt out the message box and written "Your apple id is disable because.....".
and i had follow the step to reset my apple id password few times.
but still have the same issues.
i can login to itunes store in computer and manage my account on apple website, but can't purchase apps in apps store with iphone.
anyone can help?
