Recently just pass an interview in a chicken processing company and the salary n benefit quite ok...
This week i will sign d offer letter around wed or thursday..
However today get an interview invitation from Danone Dumex.. Ask me interview on friday..
Anyone know Dumex working environment n benefit..
From jensjob [Prod supervisor] they offer RM3k-5k.. but in reality dunno..
my current offer is 2.5k..[Prod exec]

[HELP]Engine Start Problem

Last week I just change my batteries and service the car..
today my car suddenly stopped at a junction..
after some hard tries I only manage to start my car again..
I suspect It most propably caused by lack of energy on batteries..
Is that crucial for old car to start engine to charge the batteries everyday in condition that i everyday only drive on a short distance to work[10-15min]..
I also found that my energy in batteries get lower everyday because harder to start when pass after a fully charge of batteries..
everyone could help or comment on this?? THX.

Today my car [Proton Iswara] was broken down..
After visit a car service centre.. they change 3 items and the price as bellow:

Distributer = RM 285
Battery NS60 Incom = RM165
Spark Plug = RM28

Total = RM478

Is this price ok??

Suffering working Time: 12hours everyday

Starting last week, my factory have started to run shift. Oto I only run day shift, Now everyday have to work from 8am to 8pm from monday to sunday excluding one day off in weekday. It is really exhausting and i feel I have too long time working until donot have enough personal time...
this condition would continue until early january of next year... T-T

I am currently work at a confectionery factory as production supervisor. My probation is 6 months and it will end soon. My current salary is RM1.8k. And I am fresh grad when entering this company.
May I know what is the normal increment rate after probation?
Is that depend on what field you are in or got other factors?

correct way to stop a manual car

I would like to check with you all that is that this is a correct way to stop manual car?
I usually press both clutch and break together and wait it stop..
But, I found that everytime if the car is fast, when I press clutch I fell that it even move faster...
So I am confused is that my stoppping skill got problems...

What would happen if i only press brake without clutch?

No OT claim for executive above RM1500?

I am just graduate from Uni few months ago and now working as exec level in a local company..
I found that in local company they usually do not pay OT claim for executive level staff although they work overtime.. I heard that this is not against the labour law since their salary is above rm1500..
Is this really true?

Workers Handling Problems

I am working as a production supervisor in a confectionery factory.
currently my workers efficiency have decreased gradually until now into an unacceptable condition.
Their output are very low now because they do things slower and slower now.
I have try to scold them strictly many times recently and try to explain in soft manner as well. But both action come out with nothings. they stil continue their bad attitude to do things slow and hope for overtime at last.
at this moment I really dont noe what should i do.....
May be i stil new in handling worker...
so I would like to ask for experience frens in forum to share some idea on this..

I am just move in to Kajang.. now stay at hentian kajang..
Is there any suggestion on facilities available nearby like banks, chinese medicine shops, nice food stalls, entertainment, etc..
besides, I found that there are only 2 ATM machine in hentian kajang and always out of service..
Is there any other option nearby?
Is there anyway for me to get a detail roadmap of kajang area?
