Anyone experiencing problems browsing?

Hey guys, im using Digi Smart Plan for blackberry, was working great until these past few days cannot really browse properly. sites like facebook.com etc, can, but sites like forum.lowyat.net or gapnap.com or the search google using the "Go to" option cannot work. The site loads a bit only, and i notice content that are generated using server side scripts wont be displayed at all. Wat might be going on yea? My location nw is Malacca, using blackberry.net as APN. Blackberry Tour 9630 with OS 5.0. Thanks in advance

Status Provisioning for Sprint Tour

Hi guys, i just recently bought a bb tour (sprint), works very well on Digi bis, although i have this problem that only happens each time i explicitly end a call (like when do miss calls, or after making a call, etc.). The screen would pop like a Status Provisioning dialog box and says that the phone is trying to build a list of preferred network list or smth. If i wait, even after an hour, the box is still there, and i cannot do anything except answering phone calls. If i cancel the provisioning, it will pop another box and my tour hangs. i'm using OS 5.0 (.230). Would upgrading the OS help? not much solution offered at crackberry btw altho quite a number of sprint tour users suffer from this same issue. THanks!

Hotlink Blackberry Prepaid RM899

Right, some of you might remember my previous rant regarding the BIS social and BIS messaging RM28/month package in one of the threads here: http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1182842/+440

Now, my problem is bigger than that. When me and my gf signed up for this Hotlink Blackberry Prepaid package on 31st October 2009 @ Maxis Center Pavilion (paid upfront rm1199), the agent handling the transaction (Ms. Angel) promised that we can get a rebate of RM25 monthly for 12months as long as our BIS service regardless of which one, is active. I have been actively using BIS premium and up til now (almost 2 months), we receive no credit rebate whatsoever. I called Hotlink helpline and the consultant said that our number is not tied to any rebate as this Ms. Angel did not sign us up that time! Lodged a complaint through this consultant already but i doubt they would do anything to refund my money, what should i do?
