i'm trying to create a redirection where the system will detect the type of browser used by the visitors and if it's a mobile browser, visitors will be redirected to a mobile version of the website.. i'm using asp.net with VB.. any help will be appreciated..

Sorry if this is a little of topic.. but i need to now whats the standard price for a vb-based assets management application. The client request a stand alone application which make it hard for me to come up with the price.. Any suggestions? This is not on a freelance basis.. it's my company job..
