[WTA] Upgrading graphics card.

Intended purpose for the upgrade?

Gaming.

Budget: RM800 to RM1500

Current build?

Motherboard: Asus B85M-G Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Info on specs: Motherboard details
Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz

GFX Card: PALIT NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260

Operating System: Windows 7 Professional Edition Service Pack 1, 64-bit
Powersupply: 550W
ram: 8gb

Current Screen set up:
Dual monitors
Samsung monitor SyncMaster B2030 1600x900
Dell monitor SE198WFP running at 1440x900

In light of recent events, steam sales and new gfx card realeases, I'm looking to upgrade my pc.

I'm a complete noob with PC Builds but I've set my eye on the, to be released, Nvidia GTX1060.

But I'm not sure whether my current equipment would be compatible with it.
ie. motherboard and power supply.

Also if it's compatible would the new bottleneck for my system now be the processor?
Tho not a fan of the amd cards like R9 390, would be open to suggestions. I heard gaming compatibility with non-nvidia cards is lower. Also I do not OC my pc.

Asking y'all LYN sifus whether would it be advisable to get a 1060?
If not, other recommendations to upgrade?

Looking to play games like Dragon Age Inquisition, Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition and overwatch.
And Dx11 only games. MY GTX260 only supports up to Dx10
It's laggy af on DA:I and I suspect that my current gfx card to be the bottleneck.

NO HOLDS BARRED, say all you want and I will accept it graciously.

It's a bit of a long story, but I'll hope you'll read it, I'm not asking for relationship advice on how to get the girl, but more of advice to improve my image and brush out the errors I did with this encounter.

Let me share my experience of the past 6 months.

It's the start of a new semester, and I was voted class-rep due to my "outgoing" image (supposedly). I didn't mind, gave me an opportunity to talk to people that I did not know.

The Pre-Encounter and the Encounter
Unexpectedly, my class of 51 students expanded to 67, an addition of 8 guys and 8 girls (known as the 8 sisters) . During the break, I was hanging outside the class sitting on the handrails, one of the 8 sisters was heading to the toilet, I took the chance and randomly teman-ed her to the toilet and talked to her introducing myself then joking about what I noticed. There stood my pathway to meeting the rest of her "sisters", she introduced me to the rest and I started conversing smoothly with them which let to them finding out I stayed late in college and getting invited to dinner.
The dinners went on for a month and I started getting closer to one particular girl, lets call her Pei, I admit I was attracted to her body and I liked attacking her (Playing around with her words). I gotten her number and I started whatsapping and messaging her, the first few weeks it went on normally we chatted about college and our class. Every time shes going to her part time job in a shopping mall, I always offer to teman her as she walks there and when I do teman her when I bumped into her and make sure she gets back to her dorm. She told me that I did not need to teman her back as she was used to it and its uncommon for guys to do it, I rebutted by saying I wanted to be slightly different than other guys. This caught her slightly off-guard and she asked me to study with her sometime, well I did.

PLOT TWIST
When we were studying, she had some guy friends joining in just to talk to her, I was curious on who they were and was jealous of how they got along. Once they were gone, I snidely asked "boyfriend?" She just smiled awkwardly and denied it and we started to talk about relationships. She could not accept guys younger than her and never had a relationship before, me sitting across her being December born and a year younger, my heart sank. We continued studying on till it was time to go home, where for the very first time she offered to accompany me till i get home before I had the chance to walk her home, so we talked and I confessed that she was seriously attractive to me and also said that if I didn't find out about her issue with younger guys recently, I would blindly chased on. Then god knows why, I asked her whether I had a chance at all and she just smiled and looked at me.

(I really should have kissed her there and then. AHHHHH REGRET :\)

Screw ups!
That night I whatsapped her saying talking to her really made me happy and I'd really like to do this more often. She ignored the message, which sparked a string of stalkery actions which consisted of checking her whatsapp whether she was online, and facebook whether she was online. I admit, I was overaggressive in my interactions as I often replied quickly and enthusiastically with smileys and jokes, not knowing she's more of the reserved and the type who doesn't use smileys in any of her replies (even to her friends) and this often came hand in hand with my class rep duty which made me notifying her before the rest basically being her own personal assistant ie reminding her and helping her out .

Me being very inexperience, got spooked and ask her whether I had hurt her feelings recently as she didn't use smileys at ALL with me (I was used to people who use smileys). I kept pushing and pushing asking whether I hurt her and why she doesn't use smileys. I psyched myself into thinking I hurt her so I decided to buy her a gift to cheer her up. I did and it couldn't have made it worst. She started declining my invitation for dinner with her sisters and lunches with me.

MORE SCREW UPS
The thought of her treating me this way got in my mind nearly every hour of the day, I got obsessed and started being overly nice and stalkery "accidentally bumping into her" just to pester her on why she treated me coldly and scrapping her answers of "I was always like this, I treat everyone the same". I was obsessed, depressed and exhausted, thus decided to confess to her saying that I liked her a lot and got rejected flat out.

Saved it!! Or did I?
Me realizing what I did, decided to lie and said I was drunk and my friends hijacked my phone to mess with me. But still the awkwardness is still there when ever we're together and she still coldly declines my invitation to hangout and chill.

So now I decided that I want to move on and do some self improvement but I still can't get over the feeling of wanting to check her facebook just to know what's up with her now.

So questions that I laid out to the lovely members of CC to shoot and flame and help me ,

1) Did I move too fast?
2) Should I have kissed her? This question still stresses me out.
3) What the bucket is wrong with me?
4) How could I improve myself?
5) Is there any good habits that I could retain from this?
6) I still want to be friends with her, I know time heals but is there a faster way to get rid of these ridiculous feelings?
7) Any answers you can to questions that did not arrived to my mind.

Additional info (unsure if relevant): She's a reserved chinese-ed who know what career she wants and I'm a Chinese-ed till std 3 and English-ed till college with a changed life after deciding to break out of my nerdy shell to be more outgoing after getting rejected in form 4.

Hi!
I'm taking SPM this year
BM ENG MATHS HISTORY MORAL
ADDMATHS BIOLOGY PHYSICS CHEMISTRY

and I would like to further my studies in chemical engineering or CAT/ACCA
I have absolutely no clue about the Pre U courses I have to take in order to get a degree in chemical engineering

Its either Cambridge A levels at Sunway College or foundation in science at Taylor's
Can anyone give their views on these courses first?

As I researched more and more about courses in chemical engineering,there's not much unis offer this course.

University of Nottingham
SEGI university College
Taylors University College
Universiti Malaya
Universiti Teknologi Malaysia

But sadly,I am not gifted with the funds and the knowledge to be 100% sure to delve in to this course.
Any suggestions on how I can plot my route or any pathways you all can suggest? (and if possible comment on the institutions above)

I am also interested in CAT/ACCA but I worry that once I take my Pre-U of the engineering pathway and get the tiniest of inklings that I should have gone for CAT/ACCA course.
