Alienware m15x blue screen even after format

this morning my alienware got hit by the blue screen of death , code hard error something. after that i rebooted my laptop , then i am greeted with Microsoft repair thinggy because i cant boot windows 7 anymore . waited around 20-30 min for it to fin repairing but nothing happened. repaired failed because of corrupted file or something....now i cant boot windows 7.should i reformat ?if yes how should i do this?how do i do this??i got stuck at system recovery screen every time i boot up, is alien respawn reformatting?? if i reformat where do i get all the drivers??i read online that if i use the disk provided by dell it might damage my laptop.....is it true??

i am planning to upgrade my alienware to a m17x r3 but .....hmm am pondering if i should buy a sager laptop ......spec are almost the same, price is rm 1-2k cheaper.....so guys is sager a good substitute ??or should i just go for the alienware desktop lol.
