Hi all, recently there is a trend especially in KL and Penang where ppl are eating more and more dessert after (or even before) a meal.

So let's see if this thread can uncover some good dessert places. If possible let's suggest proper dessert places and not stalls selling bubble tea/cokodok/tang yuan ok

I start this list with places for good cake and ice cream desserts in KL:

Alexis (Bangsar/GE Mall/Gardens etc) - Good for their pies (Banoffee or Pecan Pie is )
Haagen-Dazs (Solaris/BV2) - Proper Belgian waffles with ice cream
Dip n Dip (Bangsar) - Rather expensive but awesome waffles with fruits, topped with a lot of milk chocolate. Many other desserts as well!
Serai (Empire) - Pavlova. Nuff said!
Food Foundry (PJ) - Mille Crepe Cakes (like Nadeje of Melaka, but a bit better priced)
Chili's - Forget the food, walk in just to have their chocolate cake!
UFO (SS2) - Their soya ice is the best tasting IMHO. Snowflake, Blackball, etc don't come close
Tong Pak Fu - You can't go wrong with anything here!
Ginger Restaurant (Central Market) - Red Ruby Dessert
Botanical (Bangsar Village) - Red Velvet Cake
French House, Maison Francaise (Kia Peng) - High tea and desserts, Souffle!
Namoo On The Park (Publika) - Sweet Potato Cake & Sweet Pumpkin Cake!
Organic Express (SS2) - Must try their fruity taste Fruit Punch! and their food not bad too
Just Heavenly Cafe (Bangsar Shopping Complex) - Choc Cheese and Strawberry cheese cake.
Haikara Style Cafe & Bakery (SS16) - Frozen Banana Milk Smoothie, Home Made Sandwiches
Poco Homemade (Bangsar) - Home-made Tofu Cheese Cake, Soya Green Tea
Wandx Patisserie (One Utama) - Bite-size tarts which made from 'wanton skin'. The pastry is really crispy and filled with thin layer of chocolate at the bottom of each tarts.
Steam Room (Paradigm Mall) - Try their Chilled Lemongrass Soft Jelly with mix fruits(strawberry, mango and pomelo). Great combination and refreshing taste!
Lafite (Shangri-La KL) - Fine French desserts
Sweet Hut (SS2) - Durian shaved ice and others similar to TPF

Hi guys.. I've built an i5 (Sandy) rig for myself but salvaged my old Coolermaster PSU that doesn't have EPS 8pin connector that my Gigabyte mobo requires. So I looked for converters but seems to be no shop in KL carrying any (or they want me to buy a new PSU ) but one of the shops say that I can just connect my ATX connector to the EPS socket and ignore the remaining 4 holes.

I don't OC, but I think I might be using the PC at full load once in a while.. question: is it safe to do this? or should I get the converter from eBay?

Bonjour! I represent students and we are organizing an event for the public themed a French fine dining affair. Indeed, we are setting for an almost identical experience that you will obtain from the best fine dining restaurants around town like Lafite of Shangri-La and Chalet of Equatorial.
