Long time lurker and Seiko modder here. After around 2 years of preparation, I'm ready to launch my new watch brand on Kickstarter in June 2019

Introducing the debut OPUS 39 collection - I would like to hear your opinion on this. All comments are welcome

This limited edition SRPC49K1 is sold out everywhere (globally), and it is a very sought after collectible watch.

Bought on behalf for a friend, but he backed out. You get the full package together with the original purchase receipt.

Car Porch Tiling Cost

Hello,

Currently my car porch is cement imprint, however a lot of cracks and holes after 4 years of usage.

I have requested a quotation for car porch tiling from a new contractor.

My car porch area is around 500 ft2. The new contractor said the previous contractor uses sand for half of the car porch underneath my cement, hence the cracks and holes.

The quotation is Rm7500 (including hacking existing cement, laying proper cement foundation, tiles installation, remove debris etc) without cost of tiles.

That comes to about RM15/ft2.

I would like to ask if that a reasonable amount? The quoted timeframe is 1 week.

Staircase Glass Railing

I'm interested to know how much does it cost to change the steel staircase railings for a 2 storey house to a glass railings?
