Looking to repair Marble Table - leg

Hi all,

Appreciate greatly if anyone can share info about how/where i can get this marble table leg repaired.

Two pieces were originally joint together perpendicularly using some industrial glue and small metal part.

Unfortunately when attempting to move it, the person carrying it lost his grip and dropped it on the floor, hence splitting the two pieces apart.

Attached are photos of the original piece and damage done.

Any help is much appreciated.
Trace IP

Hi guys,

I'm not an expert in the stuff being discussed around here. But I hope this is the right place for me to ask.

Somebody from the IP 60.53.16.144 has been signing in to my gmail acc for a number of times today. I have tried to trace this IP using some sites such as whatismyip.com and some other sites. However, there seems to be conflicting information as to the location of this IP, with some saying it is located in KL and others saying it is located in Melaka.

Just wondering, btw, if Streamyx dishes out IPs that are not location-specific? Which means (and I've experienced this), if I'm in Penang, why is it sometimes I get KL IPs?

Are there any ways to trace that IP to a more specific location/user?

Thanks.

How to buy a car in Malaysia

Ok old timers, here I am, a clueless young one with big dreams. I've been wandering about on the Internet trying to figure out how hard (or easy) it is for someone to buy a car in Malaysia. The reason I'm posting this question here is because (1) I found no clear guide, e.g. something like a wiki, (2) The motortrader.com.my forum is not too user friendly (anyone tried registering for an account?) and (3) Maybe someone experienced enough and have some free time here would want to reply to this post (Thanks!).

I must admit, all I know about the procedure of buying cars is (1) Down payment, (2) Bank loan, and (3) Insurance, road tax, reg plate, misc fees? Is that all? Anything else? Would appreciate it greatly if someone can come up with a simple guide

Now, let's just say... a person is starting from zero (no car to trade in), and aiming for an averagely priced new car in Malaysia (say, around 70k? Is that even average?). Questions here:

(1) What's the minimum down payment must one be ready to fork out?
(2) Regardless of Q1, let's say this someone currently has a monthly income of RM2.5k, how much will a bank loan him/her for the purpose of buying a RM70k car?
(3) Based on Q2, any ideas on how tiny/small/big/monstrous the monthly installments will be?
(4) Now, what if one manages to save up to RM15k for the down payment, would it significantly enhance his/her chances with this car?
(3) Ok, maybe the 70k car is way beyond his/her means, what would be a more realistic option for this poor kid with big dreams?

Hopefully this "case study" will help others looking for similar information find some useful tips

Number error

I'm sorry if this might seem like spam. I missed three calls on my mobile an hour ago, the first one is stated "WITHELD", the second one with only +60301, and the third one 815010330***

I tried returning the call to the 12-digit number but all I got was "Number error". Any inkling where these calls could have came from?

Thank you!
