Double Line Overtake summons by pdrm ?

Guys,

yesterday i had just been summoned for a double line overtake in which i didnt do. i insist that i didnt overtake at double line, but the police officer said that he'd an officer seeing me overtake at double line.

the case is, i just take a portion of the opposite lane to evade an uneven road. but really2 didnt overtake the car in front me until at the overtaking lane another 50m ahead.

i'm thinking of going to court as what the cop advise (march). any advice/opinion on this?

My Xenosaga Episode 1 DVD stuck halfway... damn.

Anybody out there is kind enough to sell me/borrow/copy me his DVD so that i can buy/copy. damn laar...very tension lar while playing got stuck in the middle.
I dunt think i can get this outdated DVD elsewhere. already try nearly all shops around sungai wang and lowyat.
