facebook ad - part 2

To continue learning how to do facebook ad:

I try to do targeting at few gyms around klang valley (see below).
- Fitness First
- Celebrity Fitness
- Jatomi Fitness
- Anytime Fitness

But how come i can insert Anytime Fitness and Fitness First BUT i cant insert Celebrity Fitness and Jatomi Fitness. Why is this ?
All above gyms company are active on Facebook. But Interest dont show anything for Celebrity Fitness and Jatomi Fitness. how come ?

And also is this the way to promote my workout equipments in facebook ad ? What are the better ways ?
Youtube and google have too many tutorials which confuse my brain.

Want to ask about the Facebook ad on 'interest targeting'.

If i put 'KFC Malaysia' in the interest targeting, does that means my ad will appear to those at any part in facebook, that who liked / followed KFC Malaysia facebook page ?

OR my ad will appear only on the wall or timeline on KFC Malaysia facebook page ?

i'm curious how you guys do programming.
lets say u want to code a new function to add in your website, do you write the piece code from scratch ?
OR find an existing template code from google and modify the code ?

Pop up cant mouse scroll up & down

I need help on the pop up plugin in this page

When my cursor is on the pop up, i cant scroll up or down with the mouse wheel. only can use the browser right scroll bar.
Anyone know how to fix this ? i think something to do with the css.
