Car delivery Order Wrong Name

They wrote wrong of my name on it!! But my IC No. and other details is correct, What should i do now??

I want to check with u guys about the LOU ,letter of undertaking!

If i apply car loan from bank, will i need to sign on the LETTER OF UNDERTAKING?or the dealer SA and bank sign only?

When the bank will produce the LOU? after sign loan or before?

Will i receive a copy of the LOU?

Need serious answer please!!!!

And in the loan agreemnt ，how to check if the amount if correct? they will put OTR price or the loan amounts?

when to sign the Hire Purchase Agreement?
What to check before pay for DP ?
What details to check before sign the HP agreement?
How and when i can check the chassis no and the engine no?

Do you crossed your copies of your IC when giving to SA to apply loan? How did we cross it?
