Need help here....i am going to purchase my first flash unit for my canon 450D...since i'm still an amateur and really need some guidance here....i was having a headache choosing between canon speedlite 430 II and canon speedlite 580 II....i read a lot of review and done some reading on flash photogaraphy....i kinda attracted to the amazing picture of stroboscopic effect...not to mention about others....here it's the problem....is it really true that only high end model like 580II capable of storboscopic??? wat bout 430II??? i need some wise advise and it would be better for stating the current market price as well ...thanks...

besides that....i would like purchase my second len that would be a telephoto lens....i was wondering which one suit my camera (canon 450D) the best....canon 55-250 IS....or sigma 70-300mm macro APO DG....can anyone give some ideas.....

Can anyone give suggestion for buying a new lens tat within Rm1000 budjet.Here are some Lens tat i aim for (A) Tamron AF70-300mm f/4-5.6 Di LD Macro zoom telephoto autofocus lens (B) Sigma 70-300 f;4-5.6APO DG macro zoom telephoto autofocus lens © Tamron lens SF 55-200mm f/4-5.6 Di 11 LD macro (D) Canon EF 28-105mm f/3.5-4.5 11 USM zoom wide angle-telephoto autofocuz len.

I am using CANON 450D and i love taking macro,portrait and sometime landscape pictures.... however i currently still a uni student and didt wan to burden my family....for my tide budget...hopefully is there any pro out there could giv some advice....it would b greatly appreciated. Other recommendation of lens are welcome. My friend recommend me to look for 2nd hand market since i'm not a PRO n juz taking photography as hobby...however i'm not failiar 2nd hand market tat...so is it secure and where i could done my survey on those used lens?
