Hi guys, need ur help on this matter. U see, i bought an iphone from an ebay seller in October 2009 and the item was mailed through USPS' Priority Mail International (with insurance) to my friend's address in Subang Jaya, but until today (11th March 2010) i still haven't received the item!!!! i called up pos malaysia klia and kastam but they have no clue where can my parcel be..

Please, please, please, i need your help guys!!! the tracking number is as follow- RB182955129US.
it left USA in November 2009 but i still haven't received my item!!! im not sure if it has landed here or not. To make matters worse, i used my friend's name and address (because i bought the item using her ebay nick) together with her mobile number for attachment but she has left m'sia!!! i'm afraid that someone from customs or pos malaysia has called her up but found out the number is not in use anymore..

Details of the complaint :

a) I saw his ad in d link above and i was interested in buying this item:

Item(s): Ed Hardy Men's Kamikaze SS Multiprint Platinum Tee in Purple

Size: M

Price: RM200 retail price $70USD

Item(s) conditions: NEW!!

b) I PM-ed him about my interest and i sms-ed him at his number 012-5913492 [meen] & we agreed on a COD location and date for the item. That guy assured me that the product was authentic and told me the STORY where his sister gave him the tshirts from UK.

c) I met him at Petronas Ukay Perdana KL @ around 2.00pm and he showed me the item. I tried and i checked the product intensely in the bathroom and saw some minor setbacks (the logo wasn't proportionate and there was a missing rhinestones) and i told him about this but he told me that it was ori and he couldnt explain about the weird part of the tshirts' logo (especially on the word "by Christian Audigier below the Ed Hardy logo front and back). I took his word and bought the tshirt for RM180...

d) When i was at home i checked the packaging closely. The plastic pack and the ed hardy tag closely and then i googled on spotting fake ed hardy products. I came across this site: http://www.ehow.com/how_4886827_spot-fake-...rdy-shirts.html

e) i compared it side by side and i saw major differences, especially on the plastic pack and the tag. And then i compared the tshirt design with the original one in the internet and i saw MAJOR2 differences on the design, esp on the ed hardy logo, the design on the front and back part.

f) i point it out to him thru 2 smses and he replied TWO days later saying that the product is indeed original. I insisted that it was fake and he told me that he can give me the so-called RECEIPT from edhardy online (in which he told me earlier that he received it from his sister).

g) when i read the email, it doesn't contain any sort of information on MY ITEM DESCRIPTION, only the amount of the item. I point out this to him and he began to used harsher words to me (in Malay) and told that i was blaming him for no reason, even when i have SOLID PROOF. I only demanded him to return me HALF of the price paid and yet he didnt respond at all) he kept silent after that, even when i sent him an email, one PM (the latest is in 24th August 2009) and a lot of SMSes.

h) i never heard from him since. i warned him that i will report him to the committee but he ignored me. now i want my money back, in FULL. he can keep his stupid tshirt.

1) 28/07/2009@sms asking for the item's availability. he responded it is.
2) 29/07/2009@sms asked the best price 4 the item and the sizing (regular m or slim m) & cod availability. he responded it is rm200 and the size is a regular m.
3) 29/07/2009@sms trying to lower the price a bit but he says the product is "good" and is not fake, come see it first.
4) 29/07/2009@sms dealt with cod location and timing.
5) 30/07/2009@cod when for cod at petronas bukit antrabangsa @ 5pm. saw d product, tested it and found out few defects. he said that it was normal and his sis bought it from uk. bought the product.
6) 31/07/2009@sms told him that the product was fake. no response from him
7) 03/08/2009@sms asked him why he kept quiet for 3 days and demanded a refund. he responded that he can e-mail the receipt from edhardy as a ''proof". also told him that i've compared the product i bought with edhardy online and noticed major differences. stressed tham i'm not lying about anything.
8) 04/08/2009@email he gave me the e-mail. read it and immediateky sms-ed him that it contains no product description. (check d pic)
9) 08/08/2009@sms asked how can he prove that the product i bought is bought thru edhardy online because there is no product description, so there's no way 2 proove that its the same item. he told me that i'm lying and he even wrote "camni la melayu". and i was freaking furious, this is strictly business, why the hell will he said something like that? i emailed him d side by side comparison. instead responding to my msg, he told me to buy the same item from edhardy online uk and compare the item received for any differences. he also told that he will pay DOUBLE for the price if both the items are different. i told him, why the world would i do that? i'm doing business with him and not edhardy online. if he bought a fake product from edhardy online, go sue them and this nothing to do with me. he's becoming even more defensive and used a LOT of vulgar words. i still told him nicely to check his email and check it side by side before making anymore comments. he didn't respond since then.

10)20/08/2009@sms after more than 1 week after my last msg, i sms-ed him giving him 2 options. first is to refund ONLY HALF of the price i paid and the second one is to gve me full refund and i returned his item. still no respond.
11)24/08/2009@pm told him to refund or i complain him at the forum. he did not respond, but when i checked his account his online-ing every now and then. (SUDAH BIKIN TAK TAHU) check pic

LATEST UPDATE ON 15/09/09:
HE PAYED ME RM100 ALREADY. WILL BE SEEING HIM IN ANOTHER 2 WEEKS TIME TO SETTLE THE RM80 BALANCE.
AS OF TODAY, 4TH OCTOBER 2009, meen_burn HAS SETTLED THE AMOUNT OF MONEY HE PROMISED TO PAY, WHICH IS RM180. I'VE SENT THE ITEM TO HIM THROUGH MAIL JUST NOW. THANK YOU ALL FOR TAKING INTEREST IN MY ENQUIRY. THANK YOU.
