Just wondering if i can use a business name that is already in the SSM e-info but it does not have Certificate of Registration The Registration of Businesses Act 1956. It only have a Business Profile. Does it means that this business name is still not yet registered in system?

hie guys, I am trying to slim down and bulk up. Currently on 22% body fat, with target body fat of 16%.

I am also having a 34in waist line trying to cut that down to 30/32in.

I goes to the gym 4 times a week. Alternating the days with weights training and cardio training. I am having an issue with pre and post gym meals.

Normally after work I feel tired and if I do not eat anything before going to the gym I don't feel good after the work out.

My pre-gym meal is normally some necessity with protein from "Boost" juice shop. But I am having trouble choosing a post-gym meal. I do not cook and tend to eat out, but not sure what to eat normally?

(jusco sushi / mcd nuggets or ayam goreng / chicken chop from secret recipe / nandos chicken )

any suggestion on what post meal can i get in order to get closer to my goal? have been struggling a while

hi i just want to know how much does it cost to build a website for my business? maybe around 5-6 pages and do the designer/developer provide the web designing or i need to draw for them how i like it to be? (e.g if i have a couple of websites that i liked in my website, can the designer incorporate those ideas?)
lastly what is the normal turn around period to have a website designed?

i hope not to get cheated on this though
