Looking for new landed house (600 - 700K)

I'm looking for a new landed house with my budget is around 600 - 700k. My wife work in bandar utama and myself currently work in Bukit Raja. 1 hour jam to working place during peak hour is acceptable and of course the number of tolls also need to take into consideration.
Don't know all Sifu here has any recommendation or not ? Previously i already surveyed a few developments that i can afford like Setia alam, bukit raja, rimbayu, not sure do i missed out any.
Dont recommend i buy subsale, the reason i do not buy subsale is tat i do not have so many cash on hand. Simple reason.

Need a contactor for renovation work

Hi Guys,

I'm just having my keys for an walk up apartment in puchong. I am now looking for contractor to do the works. Appreciate if any of you can share info regarding this. Below is the summary of work that i wish to do:

1. Changing the toilet bowl for two toilet
2. Changing the tiles in three (3) rooms. Currently is parquet. Total area is about 500 sqft
3. Painting for the whole unit including all the window grills
4. Some carpentry works
5. Changing the doors

and some other minor works.

Renovation cost query

Hi sifus! I would like to have a idea on the cost of renovation of a walk up apartment for my budgetary purpose. The unit is located at 3rd floor (consider ground floor is 1st floor) and the size is about 845 sq ft. Really appreciate if you can share some info to me. Thanks.

Below are the renovation that would like to do:

1. Changing the toilet bowl for two toilet (installation and material).
2. Changing the tiles in three (3) rooms. Currently is parquet. Total area is about 500 sqft (installation and material).
3. Painting for the whole unit including all the window grills (painting and material). .
4. Cabinet for the existing kitchen top (bottom part only).

How much do the works above will cost ? The material to use need to be medium cost materials and not expensive ones.

Aiming to purchase the first house for this year, looking at Sri Camellia Apartment, Bandar Puteri Puchong, the price is fulfill my budget.
Does anyone know how is the environment of this environment ? Is it good for own stay ? Or anyone can suggest any property less than 300k nearby Subang Jaya, Puchong area ? no or less foreign worker and orang hitam is a must.

I'm a newbie here n wanna get some opinion.Well, my car cassette player is going to the end and i would like to replace it with a cd player. Normal Cd player tat can play cd, mp3 and good fm receiver is ok for me oledi. What is the car audio shop is recommended at USJ or Subang ?? N wat model is recommended for me ? Digi broadband connection problem

I used digi for a month oledi . but recently come out with some problems. It will disconnect itself after a while especially at night, when i try to reconnect it back. It always appear with the Error 119 A said the remote computer gt problem and the port need to be closed. Any one knw how to solve this problem?

hi! everyone! currently i'm stay at USJ 6. I'm wanted to subscribe a wireless broadband and dunno which o choose in my living area. can anybody recommend? I'm a average user, jz wanted 2 surf net and wanted to download some songs and movie sometimes and of course the speed is important jz dun wanna have a turtle speed, open a webpage using more than 15 minutes like my fren!! Budget is below RM100. thx!!
