NHC - Notebook Hardware Control

Hi guys,,

im sure most of you who owns gaming notebook and those with high mobility knows what NHC or Notebook Hardware Control software is about.
For those that don't know it yet,
NHC, is a software that can give you the control of almost every hidden function of your notebook.
such function is controlling CPU Voltages, notebook fan speed, battery life-span, etc..
it actually gives you the ability to set your notebook to your own need.

mobile gamers usually uses NHC to undervolt their cpu, maxing fan speed when on play, and keep cpu gpu temp on low. (cpu heat can go down up to 15 C)
and usually gpu follows cpu temp because most laptop hav cpu chip close to gpu (VGA/GC), so less heat from cpu will hav an effect also on gpu heat.
other uses cpu undervolting and minimum fan speed for longer battery life-span. less energy used, longer the battery life-span. (can stay on longer, up to 20 min or maybe more.)
There is another software for undervolting and more specific setting of cpu, which is RMClock. But this software cant control the ACPI control system or the fan speed as NHC.

nuff with the intro,

i've been using NHC for a year now, and there was no problem whatsoever in undervolting my cpu in my previous win7. Last week, due to some problem, i hav to re-install my win7. a clean install it was.. I was able to set the voltage to the lowest possible volt level for my 12x mutiplier. it was 0.9625 V (default is 1.1625 V). i've used RMClock b4, and that is where i get to know my lowest stable cpu voltage.

The problem is, these few days, I cant seem to able to control my voltage setting. the multiplier and voltage is going wild in a sense that, in a second, it will change to 6x 0.9500v, next it's whipping 12x 1.1625v, then again its 6x and voltage stays at 1.1625. then it goes up to 12x with 0.9625v and goes again to sum random multiplier and voltage again.

other than being annoying, with that kind of behaviour, NHC becomes useless, coz its not helping in undervlting. heat is peaking just by opening office or scanning thumb drive, gaming can only last 2 hour max b4 risking wallet for repair vga.
i already restricted and fixed it to 12x 1.1625v all the time b4 formating. but its still going wild...

i have a thought about the chipset driver not being installed, but i dont think my laptop had any chipset driver b4. (always got it installed when installing Win7) already check in the net. and ive used win 7 b4 with no problems. so what could the other missing link is???

Guys, Gurus, Elders, Masters... Help!!!

PS:
info about undervolting ==> http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=235824
NHC 2 Pre-release 6 ==> http://www.pbus-167.com/
my spec is in my sig...
