Phase 3 Electric Rough Cost for Shop?

Hi guys, I was wondering what kind of rough cost it will be to upgrade from Phase 1 TNB to Phase 3 for a commercial property? It's a shoplot and my tenant request to upgrade the electric. What kind of cost can I expect? Thanks!

My cat is an indoor cat but occasionally he'll escape from the house and wander around the neighborhood which is quite dangerous due to traffic and dogs. Are there any affordable trackers I can use and if anyone can point at the right direction to get one? I prefer something simple that just lets me track the cat when he escapes and I can pretend to be Batman while I'm at it. Thanks for any advice!

Cooking Gas Cylinder Safety

A gas person came over today and showed how unsafe our gas cylinder was, however since he offered so exchange hoses for RM70+, I declined. I was wondering what kind of hose and regulator to use and any other safety tips people can share because I don't know anything about these things and my elderly mother is doing the cooking. Thanks!

Selling Pirated Games on Carousell.

I've seen a rise of people selling illegal copies of games and movies on Carousell, such as bootleg DVDs, movies from Torrent in pendrives/hardisk, or providing installation services or "cracked" PC games etc. Every time I report any such listing on Carousell, they will replay with the same BS "it doesn't violate or listing policy". I've even emailed a Carousell representative and customer service and they reply the same thing: "Thank you for your feedfback. We will improve our service in the future." yet these sellers never get banned.

I've been selling original items on Carousell for years and it's sad to see that all you need to do is download a game and movie off torrent and make RM5 out of the download. Thanks for promoting piracy, Carousell!

Working Gamers- when do you play games?

I work from 8:30am to 6pm every weekday, I always want to finish my backlog of games but have to go to bed by 10pm so I end up only playing games for 10-15 mins per night. For all you gamers, how do you manage your time when your juggling work/responsibilities?
