Vitara Air Cond Problem

The air cond for my grand vitara keeps "auto" allowing outside air to come in. This happens usually when I set my air cond 21 degrees and above. When i start the car I alwasy ensure the air cond is set to use inside air only. Halfway throught the journey, it will auto allow outside air. No specific interval when this will happen though.

Everytime i send my car to service from the first 1000 km until now I will alwasy complain to the Suzuki service centre. They say its because the car has a lot of sensors and it will eventually "learn" to not allow the outside air in. Also, i can't simulate the problem for the service centre guy as the aircond will not immediately act up.

My car is now 1 year old and this problem still happens although not so frequently. I'm not a very car savvy person, just a girl who want to drive from point A to point B comfortably. Can anyone advise if they also face this issue and if the service centre guy is just bullshitting me?
