Hi all, I would like to ask opinion since this is the first time im selling my car. I dont have much experience on this matter.

Currently, I'm planning to sell my car & there is still outstanding loan that need to be paid and I'm using Ambank.

I've already found a buyer for the car & he able to get his loan approved from Hong Leong Bank, but theres an issue regarding the early settlement payment for the car.

Hong Leong bank said, I need to settle the outstanding loan using my own money first. Once I get the e-batal then only the buyer's loan will be transferred to my account.

Is this a normal procedure for every auto-finance bank in Malaysia?

I thought, once the buyer loan approved he can use that money to settle the outstanding loan & from there can proceed with the e-batal, jpj etc.

Any thoughts?

I've been using NAD VISO HP50 for 2 years at least & I can say its the best closed headphones in its class! Thoroughly enjoy the experience with it.

I'm thinking i wanna upgrade my headphone this year & just recently I found out OPPO is making a quality planar magnetic headphones & i've read some promising reviews about this headphone..

If let say im gonna buy Oppo PM-3, is it a big upgrade from HP50??
