UPS: Faulty Battery or Just Discharged Battery?

I kept my UPS in box for about a month now and today when I tried to plug it back in it didn't do anything at all. No LED light, no alarm, no nothing.
It was in good working condition when I packed it. I checked the troubleshooting section in the user manual but everything involved checking what colour the LED lights are flashing, so no help there. So which you guys think it is, faulty or simply needed charging?
Thanks in advance.
PS: It's Right Power UPS Power Cube 800 and I've sent an email to Right Power but I thought I might ask here as well.

[WTA] Dell Studio XPS 16 LED Display

Hi.
I was surveying around at Lowyat Plaza for Dell's XPS 16 and trying to get the answer to this question but still no luck to-date.
Most of the sales persons doesn't understand my question and some even made up answers that's just down right silly, so I'm hoping the gurus here would have the answer to this.
I saw several XPS 16 on display and I found this small difference:

Pic (A)

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

Pic (B)*

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

I wanna know what causes this difference cause I kinda think the one in Pic (B) looks quite odd.
At first I thought the one in Pic (A) comes with RGBLED and the one in Pic (B) comes with WLED, which would make sense as Dell has stated on its site that the RGBLED measures at 16" while the WLED at 15.6".
However, all of the sales persons claimed that their display units come with WLED.
Can anybody clarify this (whether the variation is because of the different LED display used) for me, please?
*I edited Pic (B) from Pic (A) as I couldn't find a pic showing a unit with that variation. All the pics used in reviews look like the one shown in Pic (A), regardless of the display used on the unit reviewed.

Thank you.
