hi all,

planning to buy new tv for my bedroom
at the same time, i expect to use it as my monitor for my PC as well....
and as my room is small, i'm thinking of getting a small size screen.. perhaps 22-23" size

now i wonder....
shud i go for LCD TV and connect my PC using VGA cable

or

get LCD Monitor w/ TV Tuner capability and meet my purpose

to be frank
i've tried searching few models via internet on this LCD Monitor w/ TV Tuner...
especially Philips....the one Full HD
however kind of failed in getting info of their pricing...
so dunno how to compare whether worth buying compared to LCD TV or not...

please advise....

hi all,

1st of all, sorry mod if i open this topic in wrong category..
not sure where to fit in...

i'm actually looking for a powerpoint presenter/laser pointer
my boss request to have this item for his presentation which is scheduled almost every day....
we've bought one before..
but its purely a laser pointer...
and controlling the slides require him to be in front of the notebook...
and that laser pointer now malfunction already...

so we plan to get a new one...
hopefully with NEXT and BACK button to navigate the presentation slides...
got ball for mouse/cursor function
green laser pointer for better visibility especially presenting at a big conference room with big back-flashed projection screen...

my boss also claimed that he saw one unit which impressed him during his visit to Singapore last year
the device got all the features i mentioned earlier + numpad for easy navigation to any slides
the design also still compact and handy fit in hand
but he can't remember the brand or model of it...

can any of u help me on this....?
suggest a good brand with features as i mentioned above?

i've googled everywhere looking for that model with numpad...
but no luck so far...

anyone seen one, plez?

a normal phone...not handphone
for my home telephone line...
apparently got free one from TM for my hall...
but i do have second point at my bedroom....

so now looking for a good quality and worth-to-buy phone for my bedroom....

i did a survey at telephone premises/booth in Jusco, Tesco etc...
but seems like i dunno which is OK for me...

what i'm looking for is a phone with loud speaker function and its cordless...
saw few brands...branded and non-branded....
Panasonic...Alcatel....Ringer etc....
not sure whether the price is worthy to pay or not...

hopefully u can share ur experience and perhaps recommend me a good one....

hi all..

i've seen this topic sometime ago...
but couldn't find it anymore to refer to....

i'm planning to buy one of this.....

but need some review on which brand or model is recommended....

did read some review from other forums and online store about Karcher products....
seems like there are few bad reviews in terms of product finishing and durability.....

as well as BnD pressure washers....
too many complaints and rated mostly at 1 star only out of 5

saw this one at Ace Hardware Midvalley....
but not sure the performance....

anyone ever used pressure washers?
mind sharing your feedback, plez?

i want to know as well feedbacks for powered screwdriver....

bought one brand Maxpro sometime ago
but like no power at all to do screwing job....
to weak even for normal assembling wardrobe job.....

is it enough to have a compact version like this....

or

or maybe the one with big battery down the handle?

hi all,

i'm looking for a good drill machine for my DIY job at home...
just moved to my new house
now got a lot of drilling work to do....
installing lamp...IKEA rack or even screw to hang frames and pictures....

did borrow from a friend of mine...
i think got no brand one...cap ayam la....
as my wall is solid concrete...
its hard to get through and once it damaged my ...aiya what to call that iron rod used to drill meh...dunno la...

so some of my friends did suggest other more reputable brand...
but i'm not sure which one to go for....

some say Bosch is the best...
some say Black Dekker also good...

can anyone help me, please?

anyone knows contact to arrange lorry and workers for me to move from Balakong to Kajang, plez?

i'm a family person with quite a number fo basic furniture (bedroom set, dining table, tv rack, kitchen rack, sofa etc)....
expecting movers with workers who knows how to dismantle and assemble back bedroom, wardrobe, tv rack and other furniture....
coz all this things need to be carried down from my 5th floor apartment (with lift btw)....

there is some kind of delay between the time we click the option and the time the option is displayed...

say like u press the Menu button...
there will be about 2 seconds delay and then the complete list of menu will be displayed...

just wanna ask opinion based on your experience....

have u ever bought this pump and used for your before?

i'm planning to buy one and keep it in my car...
i feel that its gonna be easy for me in case my tyre lack of air pressure during at home or at other places without petrol station nearby to pump it.....

but i'm kind of doubt the durability...and how effective to use it...

hi all...

hopefully we can share some information and perhaps experience of using ceiling fans here in this topic

for me, KDK is one good brand as my dad's house has been using it since 1985 and no prob at all until today...even the regulator itself...
what we do....we just regularly unscrew the blade and wash it....
so it become shiny again...
until today...
it still performing well....

now....
for my new house....
i'm hunting for good fan..
yup...
KDK is the 1st in my mind....
attracted to the Yuragi model....KY156

but at the same time....
Panasonic also has it

more or less...
it pretty the same...
but the price.....BOMB!

suggested by a friend to get Euro Uno....
5 years warranty for the motor.....
but it seems to shaky for me...unstable....
thin material....
looks like won't last for long term....

hopefully...
beside sharing ur experience here...
u can also give ur opinion to assist me on this....

me myself...
just bought it 2 days ago for my wife
pink color btw....

1st impression....
slim....patterned surface instead of plain color....
graphic wise...nice
big screen
button OK...not that hard n stiff kind....
easy to sms....
menu navigation...nice as well.....
sound? wow! so loud....!!!!
even the alarm can wake up the whole people in my apartment lot....
hehehehe

but....
to be frank....
MP3...if played here....
compared to my cheap 3110 Classic....
mine is way nicer...crisp sound...
this 7310...kind of hissing sound
tried adjusting the equaliser
tested all mode...rock..pop...jazz etc...
but still can't beat my 3110c

one more prob
the USB port "door"
too hard to open...not rubber type like 3110c....
pain my nail opening it...
unless i need to open the phone case 1st...then easy to open the port....

thats all from me....
