marc or hamshire

hi..i havent been buying any property for a year and still quite new to this forum. Hope to hear some feedbacks....I see that the price for klcc has gone up a bit but still thinking of getting an unit there. wondering if marc is better or hamshire residence. I prefer the layout of hamshire to marc, as theres is more space in hamshire , not so cramp looking. However I definately prefer the location of Marc.

is the Price of marc now around 1000 psft and hamshire around 900 psft? is it possible to get a lower price? which do you think is a better deal between the 2 condo?

[addedon]September 22, 2009, 6:14 pm[/addedon]hope to get some help here as I am really not that good in analysing things.

looking for property investment

Hi Im looking to invest in property. It can be quite worrying as I dont want to be stuck with a lemon. So would like to share feedbacks and make friends with similar interest. So far Ive only bought 2 houses and a condo. Sold one of the houses for quite a good profit margin and renting out the condo.

Im thinking getting one more condo at sri hartamas or pj area...or any area thats is a good investment. Ive missed out a shoplot just last year selling for 800k and now its 1.4m. Shoot!! then I also missed the waldorf tower which was selling for Rm300k above and now its RM55oK plus.

What does anyone think of the condo in puchong the setia walk? Its around RM300k for 857 sft i think. heard that it might be a good place too. I went to plaza damas 3 too but I find the price there a bit high at around RM800 per sft. My friend bought the one at plaza damas when it was only RM120k for the studio unit, so he didnt advise buying the new studio unit at damas 3 now at RM570K. Then I saw kiaraville too selling at around Rm600 psft but Im a bit worried about mont kiara area now...seems like so many condos.

dont use the 'clip straightener' when hair is wet

hi
just wanna share something. I went to the saloon in sungai wang and just like any other days, they wash and blow dry the hair straight. Only this particular saloon either has no experience or got no knowledge about hair, use the flat iron to straighten my hair when my hair was still wet. I saw like smoke coming out a bit but she says its normal and this will make my hair even more shiny straight. ( I myself also so stupid really believe)
the next day when i wash my hair myself, i realise that my hair keeps getting untangled and the whole hair has been so course and damaged. I consulted another saloon and friend and they said should only use hairdryer and comb to blow straight the hair when its wet. Then when its dry only can use the flattener. Never ever use the flattener iron when the hair is still wet coz it will just burn the hair.

now i just have to wait for the new hair to grow out cos cant reverse the damage
