Micron Semiconductor Singapore...anyone?

Hi guys,

I've been invited to attend an interview for the position of package reliability engineer in Micron Semiconductor Singapore. Have a couple of questions...hope you guys can shed some ideas.

1) How is the company? Is it doing well? Heard that last year there's alot of retrenchment, and the one who goes first were Malaysians...
2) How about the salary package and benefits? What's the probably range for a senior engineer role and how much should I ask for?
3) I guess you all know Micron is doing DRAM...it's quite a volatile market. Just see how Qimonda goes bankrupt..Can micron sustain and doing well?
4) Any lowyat forumers working in Micron at the moment?
5) How's the work condition inside Micron? Stress? Relax? Hehe..

Hope you guys can shed some ideas..

Hi guys,

I saw a few advertisement in jobstreet regarding job opportunities in Numonyx (Malaysia and Singapore). Anyone of you know or heard about this company?

From what I know, this company is a spin-off from STMicroelectronics and currently Numonyx is having a joint venture with Intel and mainly doing Memory Products?

Is it a good company? Is the remuneration package good? If anyone knows...kindly shed some ideas and comments.
