Story; I baliked kampung and noticed my niece and nephew are using parent smart phone for school education.

So I am planning to buy a netbook/laptop for them to use for education
I remember one of the bantuan is on work from home purpose. Not sure if I can claim under this category.

Please advise link to apply or other bantuan under education that I can use.

I am trying to clear my housing loan target in 10years time. So I been trying to figure is it wise to clear debt or invest the money to gain more money

Here's my situation.
House loan. 4.5% still have 25years to go flexible loan. The more I pay the less money x%

Investment with annual return 6% fix

A trade and car show model has died, three days after complaining of a headache while at a karaoke session with friends.
Karen Stella Wong, 28, was at a karaoke bar located along Neil Road in Singapore on Dec 12 with her friends when she said she was having a headache.
According to Lianhe Zaobao, Ms Wong had just sung a high-pitched note when she started to feel unwell. Apart from the headache, she also began to feel numb on one side of her body.
Sensing something was amiss, her friends then took her to the emergency department at the hospital.
Ms Wong then slipped into a coma and died on Dec 15.
The Chinese daily reported that close to a hundred people attended her wake before the cremation ceremony on Dec 20.

Police traffic new tactic to minum Kopi

This morning was happy eating breakfast with in law at kopitiam. After eating we go to our car and buckle seat belt n drive of.. Just around 1 corner 3 traffic police stop us. So in law pun pull over and wait for them to come at us n see what we do wrong. But the traffic was slowly moving n talking on phone at same time.

My in law pun unbuckle the seat belt and wanna take licence n Ic out 1st lo since that police so slow mo.

Right after my in law unbuckle the belt all 3 come n say my in law no wear seat belt.

Of coz we argue he did n tell him what happen.

Police.: kami 3 orang nampak u take pakai seat belt. Apa lu mau cakap
In law : I ada pakai tadi pastu u suruh pull over. Saya stop nak keluar Ic baru buka seat belt.
Police: u jangan tipu. Kami nampak. Kami nak saman
In law : (raise him voice) saya ada pakai. U jgn nak ugut saya.
Police: u jgn tinggi suara dgn kami. Kami police tau. Cuma police boleh tingg suara. Kamu tak boleh.

After we heard this in law go down the car n about wanna whack the traffic guy. In law about 70 years old.

Seeing the situation like this the police know that they will not able to make money n saying that they let us go this time. No next time.

So to u guys all out there. Lesson learn. Do not unbuckle seat belt until they ask u to.

Cny around corner they are aiming everyone. Even can come your house n say happy cny n ask for angpow. Kena this last year when we did not close our front gate.

This all happen in sungai petani.

i ask sales ppl ( alot of shop i go survey)
all sale 10ATM(RM100++) are no good for pool. at least need 20ATM (RM300++ normal is babyG/G shock digital)

Today. I go accessories shop do my car light rosak. So many ppl here plastic surgery their car with new Accessories. ..
