I personally feel that we should keep the GST as it’s a fare tax...

Most of the corporate in Malaysia had their accounting system accommodating gst, if now suddenly cancel again, we need to go thru the hassle of getting used to the old system...

Instead of abolishing gst, It will be good if the government can reduce the gst tax rate and void it on necessities..

Above is just my personally opinion, anyone have the same feeling?

hi all sifu sifu...

just involve in a accident.. ayam here to ask for all sifu opinion....

im driving a toyota camry hybrid, i'm exiting from a T junction to the main road.

due to a trailer blocking my way, i can't see there's a motor coming from the right,

so i just slowly drive out the road.. unfortunately, there's 3 bikes coming from the right, cover by the trailer.

2 of them stop it on time, and another 1 (biker A) can't stop it on time, have a very small impact on my car, and drop down due to stability.

he fall on another 2 bikers. luckily, 3 of them didn't really injured. and fortunately enough, my car have zero impact too..

bike A is driving a kawasaki motor... you can refer the attachment for the picture. so i told him that i have not much cash with me,

i offer him RM50.00 first, and ask him to make a repair and claim it back from me.

he then send me the first bill which is RM1000++ just for the minor accident. which i told him i will not pay for it, since i think is not justify to do that.

i'm tell him i willing to transfer another RM300 for the repair or else will just go for police report...

he then send me a 2nd pricing for the foot rest stating only RM360++... the rest still remains the same...

just want to check all sifu, is the damage really need 1k+ to repair, i don't mind to pay, just don't feel good being take advantage of....

all sifu please help..
