Can you Identify this tablet?

Hi guys, or ladies:-)

So i went to see my doctor two days ago (a clinic), I think I had a cold.
Went in, went out. No problem.

Then I proceed to get my medicine and pay. As the dispenser was telling me how to take the pills I noticed this: "Antibodi"
I hesitated for a while but I did not say anything.

I just called up the clinic and ask about it. The receptionist (maybe dispenser/assistant) told me it was because "U ada demam, ubat itu antibody untuk menguatkan immune system awak" So I asked what is the name of the medicine. She told me "LESLOSE, L-E-S-L-O-S-E"

I could not find anything about that drug on Lexicomp or BNF, not even on Google. Anyone mind shed some light on this?

It has the word "AV" on it as seen on the picture and nothing on the other side. White circular tablet.

I believe a patient should know what they are given by their doctor.
