Alternative for MediaLink / Tversity for MAC

Hi, i want a tversity like software to use with mac and my ps3. i dont want to use any windows emulator or what not.. i found a couple of free ones but they dont allow me to stream mp3 for some reason.. so far the best one i found is MediaLink but too bad its not free.. does anyone know of any free software for this things?? thankss

hey, i was asking about the macbook air sometime last week and was directed to the macrumours website (awesome) lol now after i found out that it had been revised recently.. i would like to know.. ur opinion on.. HOW HAWT is the MBA??

im out in the market to get a new laptop now and the MBA is up there in the list.. so.. in your opinion, despite its lack of connectivity(?) and the price.. how hawt of a gadget / and how functional is the MBA for today use?

Hi, im a beginner in this.. so far ive been taking pics with my camera fon only.. ahaha . ok, now ive got a sudden interest with dslr.. now i know the lens cost more than the camera itself.. but still, can someone recommend me to a dslr that is newb friendly? easy to use, no immediate need for me to change the lens, and good all around..

helpp, i cant make up my mind.. which cans should i get?? itll be my first 'pro' level cans.. and i dont want to regret soo much with it.. so.. anyone with experience can help?? the HD650 has been my dream headphones but nvr got around to buy it due to the need to recable and all that... the DT880 just entered my window this month but the looks is not vry pretty in pictures, but no idea how different itll look irl, the K-701 just entered my window today and.. reviews on it is impressive but then.. im not sure anything about it cuz i just discovered it..

k.. so.. advice? which should i get? im gonna amp it with my avr for now, (yamaha v663. n ive checked in other forums and am sure it can amp it well). gonna use it mainly for ps3 games, and my collection of Crunk and Indy musics..

Do i need Floorstanders if I have sub?

Hi. Question for the Sifus.. since Ive already got a sub which ive set crossover at 80hz.. would i need to get a fullrange floorstanders still as i dont the bass would do much work if i send all the low freq to sub right?

and about biwiring, since biwire = high and low.. would biwiring be moot if i crossover??

(thx to avsforums) where they provide test tones ranging from 10hz all the way to 300hz separated through 29 files. each of which is arrange as such

1. 10-19hz
2. 20-29hz
3. 30-39hz
4. etc etc u get the picture
29. 290-300hz

each file is about a 1.30mins long, and tones are separated at 1hz per 10sec intervals.. its awesome really..

did a test on my sub and findings are quite interesting... haha ill give an example of what happend in my room for on the 10-19hz test.. (i can hear all tones but at 10-11hz its Very faint.. more feeling than sound.. soooo Deep!)

10hz - some of the deepest sound ive ever experienced..
11hz - same as above but can feel something
12hz - sound is more audible but verry deep. the metal lining on my window began to stutter
13hz - the metal lining on the window really stuttering like crazy, can say vibrating now!
14hz - the metal lining on window reduce stuttering but still stronger than at 12hz
15hz - metal lining on window stuttering similar to that at 12hz
16hz - no more stuttering from my window, but small things in the room made fast vibrating sound
17hz - small things continue to vibrate but lesser, now my aircond casing in the room is making tretetetet sound
18hz - no more funny vibration from things in my room.. Now its my Ceiling thats grumbling! hahaa
19hz - i dont know but sounds like a helicopter's blades spinning in the room..

try it guys! haha test those subs!

With the healthy bluray community in LYN, Im sure youve realized that the UK bd case are fatter/thicker/sturdier/MORE STEADY ONE than the US one.. so.. Interested to see which casings you all prefer...

my vote goes to UK one, even though its not space saving but at least it no cracks here and there
